Shanaya Gifts is a U.S.-based Indian clothing, jewelry, and accessories boutique. Online orders are fulfilled from our U.S. location, and we currently ship within the United States.
U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $75
- FREE Standard Shipping: orders of $75 or more
- Express Shipping: $25.00
Standard and free-standard shipping are tracked. Express shipping includes tracking information.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days after you receive your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the refund.
